The Best Connection is recruiting for a
part time grounds maintenance operative to work at our Wolverhampton based client.

Starting from the 4th of March.

Working 08:00AM till 16:00PM three days a week between Monday and Friday,

£10.42 per hour. Rising to £11.50 per hour after completion of trial period.

Based in the Four Ashes area of Wolverhampton, you would be working in a busy production/ warehouse environment in all aspects of ground maintenance.

Your daily duties would include all aspects of general factory and ground maintenance

These would include:

Painting.
Grass cutting.
Outside yard maintenance.
Fixing door locks.
General machine maintenance.
Cleaning down of machines and equipment.
Replacing worn machinery parts (training will be given.)
Machine parts stock control.
Fabric sample fire testing (training will be given.)
General handyman duties, changing light bulbs etc.

Weekly jobs will also include:

Gas reading.
Alarm testing.
Fire points, lighting and equipment checks.
Forklift area checks.
Ladder checks.
Updating maintenance log.

This is a long-term role with the potential of a permanent placement with the company after a trial period.
