Description

Do you have a good understanding of housing law associated to tenancy management, together with a proven ability to interpret case law? Would you like to join an inclusive and inspiring organisation that's dedicated to serving its residents and communities and aims to create a human, simple and easy-to-access service that puts people at the heart of everything it does? Then make the move to Peabody as
Head of Centre of Excellence - Tenancy Management.

About the role:

Tenancy Management is all about the customer.

There's a legal relationship in place via a tenancy, but to us it is more than that, it's about our engagement with customers and ensuring we take a human approach in our delivery of the service.

That's where you come in.

As a large and local business ensuring consistency is key, your challenge will be to ensure our services across all regions are consistent and in line with legislation and regulation, being the technical lead and promoting a centre of excellence for all things Tenancy Management.

You'll also be leading on internal audits and bringing best practice and new ideas into the organisation - all with the customer being front of mind.

Along the way, you'll get to work closely with our local teams - especially the Neighbourhood Customer Specialists - to ensure relevant training on all aspects of tenancy management is embedded in learning and development.

We'll also look to you to help develop and monitor our approach, learning from pilots and roll out new initiatives.

And, when it comes to seeking out best practice or being our lead at forums about changes and proposals related to tenancy management, again, we'll count on you.
