As a Mercedes Detailer, you'll ensure our customers' vehicles are prepared to top quality standards, whilst providing a first-class service to all customers.


What does the role of Vehicle Detailer involve?

  • Assist with general housekeeping duties in the Detailing studio, ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to and time allocation is carefully managed
  • Liaise with our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring a quality finish is consistently achieved in line corporate guidelines and customer expectations
  • Assist with onsite training days, ensuring that quality standards are managed across all aspects of vehicle detailing, valeting, progressing and courtesy washes

What qualities do I need to succeed in the Vehicle Detailer role?

  • At least two years of previous experience within detailing, with knowledge of using machine polishing tools and other detailing related tools and accessories
  • An existing accreditation within detailing (advantageous)
  • Excellent time keeping skills and an attention to detail, with a cando work ethic
  • Great team working and communication skills, being flexible around overtime with a desire to deliver on the promise
