Call Assist specialises in providing 24/7 vehicle assistance services, primarily following a breakdown or accident.

We reach our customers fast by working with our networks of independent Recovery Operators situated throughout the UK and Europe.


Call Assist works with many companies providing a rescue service on their behalf, either behind their brand or under the Call Assist Rescue brand.

As a Data Entry Assistant your role will involve working in a fast-paced environment.

You be part of a Team responsible the inputting of a high volume of supplier invoices using our in-house data entry software.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately entering and validating a high volume of supplier invoices in line with payment terms.
  • Ensuring all costs billed are in line with policy entitlements.
  • Perform any Ad hoc duties to support the wider Finance / Accounts team.

Key Attributes

Applicants should have the following:

  • Eye for detail.
  • Good written and communication/interpersonal skills.

Working Hours
The core hours for this role are 9am - 5:30pm, based in the centre of Colchester.


This role will initially be based in our St Peters Court Colchester Office, however, once fully trained this role can allow for hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week based in the Office.
