The Global DTR Designer (Maternity Cover) sits within the Paramount Consumer Products Global DTR team following a hybrid/remote working model.

PCPE are responsible for the licensing management and product development across the successful portfolio of Paramount brands across Kids & Adults.

Within the Global DTR creative team, this role focuses on creative development for the internal trend-led DTR team servicing specific retail partners whilst working as part of the wider Global DTR trend-led team developing trend inspiration, retailer-specific creative development and reviewing and approving product approval submissions.

What will you be doing?


Working with the Global DTR Trend-Led team, this role is part of the Global DTR team working across macro trend research, IP-specific seasonal trends, retailer-specific inspiration across seasonal opportunities, collections and fast fashion opportunities including the production of design and exclusive assets for retailers.

Research and develop seasonal trend-focused garment shapes across all age demos specific to retailers.
Review and manage the product approval submissions directly from external partners. Providing written feedback and supporting this with appropriate visuals or amended designs where appropriate. Directly returning all completed comments to all external partners within a specified time frame through internal approval software.

Reviewing all pre-production submissions ensuring all requested changes have been implemented and the finished quality of the product is of a high standard.

Manage production samples, and providing feedback on these, archiving, and managing sample distribution.

Build relationships with retail partners to support and grow Paramount IP, including asset availability, submissions process, creative and innovative branding ideas in line with Long Range Planning.

Deliver creative pitches and curate asset pack to respond to Business needs.
Ability to work with 3rd Suppliers to drive incremental listings to support growth.
Able to attend in-person meetings.
Manage creative share across retailers and capture feedback for internal review.

What are we looking for?

BA/BS or Technical College qualification related to design and product field
Essential - excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, any relevant 3D software for the fashion industry
Understanding of Inditex handwriting across multiple brands
Strong creative and design skills
Understanding of manufacturing processes and limitations
Intermediate experience within the Microsoft Office programs - Excel, Word, PPT
Experience working within Licensed/Fast Fashion design is preferable
