Join us as a Marketing Coordinator - Franchises

  • This is a key role, which will see you coordinate the development of regulatory/ mandatory customer communication marketing activity
  • It's an opportunity to build relationships with key stakeholders across the function, giving excellent exposure for you and your work
  • As part of your role you'll be expected to deliver regulatory and business driven mandatory communications and manage customer facing marketing collateral

What you'll do:


As a Marketing Coordinator - Franchises, you'll be supporting marketing leaders on the delivery of marketing campaigns that support the priorities of the business.

Throughout the course of your work, you'll maintain strong relationships, particularly within your segment and the wider marketing function.


You'll also be:

  • Working with marketing leaders to develop marketing strategies and briefs that support the priorities of your scrum
  • Managing simple briefs to deliver simple, yet effective customer communications
  • Tracking marketing campaign budgets, making sure targets are reached and spend is recorded
  • Joining key stakeholder discussions, acting as a trusted adviser

The skills you'll need:


To be successful in this role you'll need experience of writing customer communications, not necessarily from within a marketing background.


We'll also expect you to have:

  • A basic knowledge of regulatory rules, financial promotions and consumer duty requirements
  • Channel management experience
  • Project and budget management experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Good written communication, networking and influencing skills
  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
