We're looking for a
Planning Coordinator to join our Utilities, South West Water team.

Within this office-based role, you'll be part of a collaborative team environment and will have the opportunity to undergo immersive training, which will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge required to grow and advance within both the team and the broader organization.

In this role, you will be working on our South-West Water contract, where we work on repairs and maintenance services to provide reliable, efficient, and high-quality drinking water and wastewater services.

As the Planning Coordinator, your role will involve supporting the Schedulers and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate Streetworks Notices and disseminating NRSWA information.

Additionally, you'll handle work package distribution, closure, and filing, update client and Kier systems, prepare customer notifications, and assist with general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Liaising with customers, clients and depots to achieve and maintain excellence in delivering planned works.
  • Accurate data input into bespoke systems of Kier and SWW.
  • Undertake distribution, closure and filing of completed work packages.
  • Ensure all Streetworks Notices are accurate and to make sure all persons concerned are aware of all available NRSWA Information.
  • Produce and despatch customer notification letters/leaflets.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellence in Customer Service
  • Calm under pressure and proficient at multitasking
You do not need to have previous Utilities planning experience, we will provide you with the required training.
