We are looking for someone to provide guidance and management support within our busy Cash Wise Team.

What you'll be doing:

In this role you will maintain high standards of service delivery within the Cash Wise team ensuring customers are provided with effective and timely support to improve tenancy sustainment.

You will also lead on an exciting new project within the Cash Wise team, developing new ways of working and establishing new partnerships in order to better support customers across the district in relation to housing condition and health.

Reporting to the Cash Wise Manager you will manage the day to day performance of a team, ensuring that policies and procedures are delivered effectively alongside wider engagement activities across the district.

What we're looking for:

- experience of managing the delivery of customer focused services;
- experience of effective communication skills;
- a good understanding of welfare reform challenges; and
- experience of effective partnership working with a range of agencies.
