Located in fantastic new premises in Exeter, this growing Finance Team require an
experienced Finance Manager to lead and
shape the team of the future.The role will require someone who is happy to get stuck in and who comes from a background of supporting multi-client, small and medium sized businesses.

They are seeking someone who can guide the business from the financial stand point, can think outside the box and can work well with all stakeholders but especially forming that crucial, productive working relationship with the owner.


The role would suit someone who is an experienced Bookkeeper, Accounts Manager or Senior Accounts Assistant and seeking their next big challenge or is an existing Finance Manager seeking a fresh challenge.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Direct and manage the finance staff to ensure duties are carried out to the required standards
  • Provide accurate and timely financial advice and guidance to the company managers to enable the company to achieve their financial objectives
  • Develop and control the operating budgets to ensure all financial targets are met within the statutory regulations, compliance and associated frameworks
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the company managers to enable them to achieve their objectives
  • Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management
  • Design and implement auditing processes to ensure that all necessary financial and legal obligations are met
  • Monitor all external contracts and services to ensure best value for all stakeholders.

complement the team and support with the financial decisions required for growth, sales and new ventures.
