Description
Ensure all session facilitated meet Quality Assurance standards. In-patient cardiac arrest and emergency equipment audit data collection, compilation and escalation as required. Develop and maintain positive inter-departmental working relationships.

Assist with the development of training outlines, session plans, study guides, learning objectives, and competency statements and assessment tools ensuring compliance with local and national guidelines and policies and promoting, where appropriate, the benefits of shared learning across staff groups.

Directly deliver training as planned to a variety of professional groups and undergraduate medical students.

Assist in organising and assessing on mock and final practical examinations (such as Assessments for Learning (AFLs) and Liverpool Clinical Assessment System (LOCAS) for undergraduate medical students.

To support the delivery of the WEPP for newly qualified nurses, as part of the Preceptorship.

To support training for staff new to the Trust To support the delivery of the Core Skills course training for clinical support workers, as part of the Care Certificate Programme.
