Saturday Trainee Optical Assistant

Location:
Uttoxeter

Salary:
Between £7.69 and £10.62 plus monthly bonus and perks

Working hours:
Saturday (9.00pm - 5.

30pm: 8 hours)

Customer service experience is essential - full training is provided.
At Specsavers, our Optical Assistants are essential in shaping our customer's journey.

We're looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help - a friendly and professional approach is essential.

You are part of a team but work independantly in your own space so you will need to be comfortable with this element of the role.

Joining our team, you'll make sure every customer receives a great experience from the get go, creating a positive impression at every opportunity.

Supporting the customer throughout their journey with us
Responding to customer enquiries
Ensuring customer details are captured accurately
Signposting to other team members as required
