Sales Support Administrator

Cirencester

£25,000 - £30,000 DOE

My Cirencester based client is looking for someone with a passion for travel, as a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing and dynamic team.

This is an incredibly varied and fats paced role, with the opportunity to work with multiple teams throughout the business.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be working with and supporting the highest performing sales individuals within the company and assisting with their administrative duties.


Responsibilities:


Key Duties:


  • Supporting the sales team in coordinating all the administrative duties
  • Assisting with collating information for itineraries
  • Maintaining and updating information on the database
  • Managing flight bookings and creating reservations
  • Liasing with clients and suppliers (some overseas)
  • Assist in producing information documents and ensuring they are sent out to clients in a timely basis
  • Working across regions such as, Africa, Canada, USA, Europe, Southeast Asia
  • General administrative tasks

Requirements:

Required Skills:


  • Previous experience working within travel bookings and flight systems
  • Experience within the travel industry is highly desirable
- knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence liaising with highnetworth clients
  • The ability to communicate confidently with the sales team
  • Eager and willingness to learn
  • Passion for travel would be beneficial
