The Opportunity
As our Events and App Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of crafting unforgettable experiences and optimising digital interactions.

Joining forces with our dynamic team, you'll spearhead the implementation of captivating event shops and ensure seamless app functionality, all while delving into the realm of data-driven insights to enhance our customer journey.


What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Manager to implement and oversee event shops, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
  • Monitor the performance of event shops in the Quality Management system (QM) and provide recommendations for enhancements to optimize user experience and sales.
  • Responsible for uploading and managing App cards within the Digital Content Management (DCM) system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.
  • Create and test app links to ensure functionality and userfriendliness based on industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Generate weekly reports on app card performance, analysing key metrics and providing insights for improvement.
  • Manage User-Generated Content (UGC) on Product Detail Pages (PDP), including reporting on performance and implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Maintain the offers page, including banners and navigation, to ensure all promotions are accurately displayed and effectively communicated to customers.
  • Collaborate with the creative studio to develop artwork briefs for onsite events, offers pages, and app features, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Support Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) projects, such as the outofstock journey, in coordination with relevant team members.
  • Conduct testing of user journeys and A/B testing to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the customer experience.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce, events management, or app management.
  • Strong understanding of digital content management systems and online merchandising best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization techniques and testing methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on problemsolving and innovation.
