We are recruiting for aService Coordinator,acute medicinewithin our Unplanned Care,who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
We are looking for an individual who has an excellent track record of delivering strong leadership and analytical skills, coupled with a strong desire to improve and succeed.
You will participate in the inputting of demand and capacity modelling for the service and in conjunction with the Service Manager, support and deliver performance sustainability for RTT, DM01, Cancer Wait and Emergency standards.
You will support the Clinical Directors, Service Manager and Lead Nurses with our quality and safety agenda to achieve an "Excellence" status for your service.
The post-holder will support the acute medicine Service Manager in leading all aspects of the Unplanned Care service. This will include performance management and service delivery of our Cancer, RTT and Emergency targets.
The post-holder will be directly responsible for the management and co-ordination of secretarial and administrative staff within the Directorate.
