As the Client Liaison Wealth Administrator, you will work closely with Wealth Planners, playing a key role in ensuring that both Wealth Planners and clients are fully supported through the new business process.

You will explore opportunities for referralsand professional connections, adding value to the achievement of business targets.


The Role:


  • Timely production of accurate, high quality streamlined suitability reports, delivering clear, compliant advice in a client friendly manner and within SLAs
  • Work on producing new Financial Planning cashflow reports and update existing reports.
  • Completion of detailed review presentation reports for key clients
  • Ensure client reviews are timely & appropriate as per SLAs and in line with regulations, as well as assisting with the structured scheduling of reviews, booking of appointments and the preparation of meetings.
  • Ensure that client files pre & post meeting contain all relevant information and paperwork, ensuring that all client data is accurate and up to date
  • Responsibility for all post meeting administrative actions
  • Ensure all initial, ongoing and client paid fees are checked and reconciled monthly
  • Previous Financial Planning experience specifically working with highnetworth clients
  • Excellent knowledge of Pensions & Investments products
  • Excellent written & oral skills
  • Able to work to deadlines whilst producing accurate, recorded work
  • Able to prioritise workload & recognise the service level demands
  • Excellent organisational skills required
  • Not afraid to challenge and 'manage up' when required
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint


This role is hybrid (2 days working from home, 3 days in the office), pays up to £26,000 per annum with 25 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays.

Hours of work will be Monday-Friday.
