An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our busy team within Day Surgery as part of Theatre Services for 23 hours per week.

This Vacancy is available for both novice and experienced Support Workers as specific in house training will be provided.


This post will involve assist the registered practitioner in looking after adult and paediatric patients before, during and after their operation.

The post will involve setting up and moving lots of different types of equipment including heavy theatre trays and patients on trolleys to ensure an effective and efficient service for patients.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is part of the NHS Wales family.
