Job Title:
Part-Time Computer Science Teacher

Location:
Alum Rock, Birmingham

Responsibilities:


  • Delivering highquality Computer Science lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and
  • Preparing and planning engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Marking and assessing student work and providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Keeping uptodate with developments in Computer Science and incorporating new ideas and technologies into lessons.

Requirements:


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Computer Science to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
  • Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Computer Science.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring young people.


This position is initially until the end of the Spring Term - Fri 31 March 2023, with a start date of Mon 6 Mar 2023.

Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
