Project Administrator (PQA) - Intermediate Level
Extra Recruitment are recruiting for a Project Administrator in the Hartlepool area.
Details of a Project Administrator
- Hartlepool
- 08:00am 16:00pm Monday Friday
- 8hrs per day/40hrs per week
Role of a Project Administrator
- Be the focal point to plan, expedite, submit and report project certificates related to key contractual milestones and will need to meet tight deadlines.
- Work with the document control team and package managers to collect accurate information aligned to project deliveries, following up on the creation of certificates and expediting related attachments.
- Be responsible to maintain up to date certification KPI's and report to The Project Leadership Team and Finance Executives, the forecasted submissions.
- Be required to administer Document Management Systems MTA and In8 and maintain Smartsheet.
