Are you interested in creating the future of e-com shipping? Our client, a world wide known company in the shipping and tech industry, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide support to external shippers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, efficient, detailed and customeroriented support to Shippers using our client's services
- Confidently manage Shippers and Shippers escalations, showing empathy, actively listening and resolving issues whilst tracking to key performance metrics.
- Actively seek solutions to customer needs, problem solver oriented even when there is ambiguity in the processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a customer support environment
- Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion to provide excellent customer service
- Fluent in English and 1 additional language between Italian or Spanish
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in transportation industry or other Shipping Service Providers is a plus
