£22k - £32k (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (First-year OTE £40,000-£50,000) + Benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Campaign Assistant.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to execute field marketing campaigns while actively engaging with customers to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of field marketing campaigns to promote our products and services in targeted locations.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads for sales opportunities.
Engage with customers in person to promote our products, answer questions, and address concerns.
Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging presentations and demonstrations.
Utilise persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions and sales insights to enhance future campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate followup activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, conversions, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.
