Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to further enhance our non-clinical team within the Practice.

As part of our Reception team, you will need to perform a variety of duties in order to support our medical staff and patients.

You will act as a core in communication.

  • Highlyorganised and able to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high levels of care, compassion and confidentiality.
  • Capacity to determine and manage own workload priorities.
  • Prioritise customer service focus.
  • Undertake a variety of administrative duties.
  • Assist to support both nonclinical and clinical teams.

  • Stress tolerance.

Working pattern:

Practice opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 5 pm.

We are currently looking to recruit Medical Receptionists for two work schedules:

  • Full-time Monday to Friday hours, shifts scheduled on a weekly rota.
  • Saturday Receptionist 9am 5pm.

Salary:

Dependant on experience.
