About Beatson's Building Supplies Ltd
Beatson's Building Supplies is one of Scotland's largest independent Builders Merchants.

We trade as Beatson's Building Supplies but have three other trading divisions of Beatson's Direct our ecommerce business, Beatson's Concrete our ready-mix concrete business and Skyline Roofing Supplies our specialist roofing merchant business.

We employ around 140 people across our six sites in Alloa, Cumbernauld, Dunfermline, Penicuik, Errol & Stirling.

Your key responsibilities include:

You will be comfortable dealing with customers in a busy retail environment and will have excellent communication skills always ensuring a professional service:
You can manage a busy scheduling system and have good geographical knowledge of Central Scotland and surrounding areas.
You will have the ability to multi skill between the counter service and sales office.
You will be enthusiastic with the customers and enjoy collaborating with them to ensure they have the best customer experience.
You enjoy working as a team to deliver results.

You will need to be:

A coolheaded multitasker
You will have the ability to use your own initiative and will provide ideas on driving the business forward.
Ideally have previous knowledge of building supply products
Proactive approach in increasing our customer base.
Able to use basic computer software such as excel.
An excellent team player
An excellent communicator, oral and written.
Approachable, positive, and polite
Motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic about your work

Job Specifics:

Salary:
depending on experience

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 7:30-17:00 and every second Saturday 7:30-12:00
