London

£21,000 - £22,000 Per Annum + Uncapped Bonus (£32k OTE)
Are you looking for a kick-start career as a Recruitment Consultant? Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have you had previous experience working with targets?


Our established and highly successful healthcare division is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their nursing desk with immediate starts available.


The team is already working with some large healthcare providers throughout Yorkshire and is looking to expand their coverage You will be continuing to build relationships with existing clients but look to create new contacts and business opportunities to place nurses and health care providers into various roles.

Our nursing sector is extremely fast-paced and you will be able to see the rewards from day one.


We will provide you with the necessary training to kick start your career - Multiple trainee recruitment consultants have received their first promotion within 12 months of joining search.

You will also have excellent earning potential from day one and benefit from our £0 threshold and three bonus structures to increase your take home pay

What does the role involve?

  • Making business development calls to companies to generate new opportunities
  • Arranging client meetings to negotiate terms and fees & service reviews
  • Using our inhouse CRM systems to ensure that all data remains up to date
  • Working towards targets and KPIs to monitor and track your progression
Key skills required;

  • Previous sales or recruitment experience is essential
  • An interest in Digital/Tech is preferable
  • Passionate, driven and tenacious
  • Confident in the ability to build rapport
  • Ability to nurture relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Working to targets and deadlines
