Title:
Client Support Administrator - Permanent (Full time)


Salary:
£19.5k-£23k Per Annum (DOE)


Duties:


  • Producing letters for customers detailing the company's recommendations
  • Data migration of customer file information for external compliance checks
  • Contacting insurers on behalf of the company's advisers to gain underwriting decisions
  • Helping customers at the point of claim and when setting up trusts
  • Data entry

Experience Required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Sensitive and professional telephone manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Computer literate, such as Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as inhouse systems
  • Experience of working in financial services is an advantage but is not essential
