Title:
Client Support Administrator - Permanent (Full time)
Salary:
£19.5k-£23k Per Annum (DOE)
Duties:
- Producing letters for customers detailing the company's recommendations
- Data migration of customer file information for external compliance checks
- Contacting insurers on behalf of the company's advisers to gain underwriting decisions
- Helping customers at the point of claim and when setting up trusts
- Data entry
Experience Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Sensitive and professional telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- Computer literate, such as Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as inhouse systems
- Experience of working in financial services is an advantage but is not essential

Monday-Friday 37.5 hours
