Customer Support Advisor
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join a manufacturer company based in Basingstoke. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities as a Customer Support Advisor:

  • Dealing and resolving customer issues effectively to their satisfaction
  • Ensure that the customer requirements are prioritized, and communication are clearly documented
  • Loading customer cases onto CRM thoroughly and concisely

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Experience of working within a fastpaced environment
  • Experience using CRM is desirable, but not essential (full training will be provided)
  • Minimum 3 GCSE level at Grade 4/C or above including English and Maths
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbally
  • Able to work well under pressure
