An experienced Vehicle Technician required in Leamington Spa to join an existing team on a Permanent basis paying a salary from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
In addition, you will also benefit from private healthcare, 33 days holiday + Bank Holidays
The Role:
This Vauxhall dealership in Leamington Spa have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Vehicle Technician. You will join an experienced team in an exciting, modern dealership within Leamington. The team are well versed in all things Vauxhalland are continuously growing due to demand.
This role provides an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join this dynamic team, as they continue to grow, offering a high level of service to both their loyal and new customer base.
Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician:
- Carry out services, PDI's, PDC's and mechanical repairs to a variety of vehicles.
- Diagnosing faults, investigating these issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Managing paperwork, dealing with technical service information and data from manuals, able to input up to date information onto the computer system.
- Ensuring all company equipment and tools are kept in a clean, safe condition at all times, abiding by the Health & Safety procedures within the business.
- An individual who is highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to all levels, both internally and externally.
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
- Qualified to Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Motor Vehicle Studies, Maintenance & Repair or similar.
- You must have experience working as a Vehicle Technician preferably within a dealership setting
- You will have experience of vehicle diagnostics within a Service environment.
- You will have experience of service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
- Have a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated and able to work unsupervised to achieve high standards.
- A UK Full Clean Drivers Licence is essential.
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
Saturday: 8.30am - 12:30pm 4pm (you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays)
(You will be given a day off in the week if working the Saturday.)
