**School Clerk

  • Unity Education Trust 6 meetings per annum (half termly)**
    Minimum of 30 hours across the academic year

Grade F, Point 12 to Point 17 - £12.69ph - £13.91ph**Are you interested in supporting schools and governing bodies in delivering a good education for every Norfolk learner?

Do you have excellent administration skills and the ability to communicate clearly?

Would you like a job where you can work flexibly across the day, including some evenings?

If you can answer yes to these questions, we would love to hear from you. We are currently recruiting clerk to schools within Unity Education Trust. Hours will be varied throughout the day and could include some early evening work. A minimum of 30 hours across the academic year, 8 meetings per annum.


You will provide high quality advice and support and clerking services to schools within UET to support their Academy Stakeholder Committees.


Ideally you will:

  • Have excellent literacy, listening and communication skills
  • Be highly organised and have effective time management skills
  • The confidence to give procedural advice when needed
  • Be available to work during the day and early evening
  • Experience of taking comprehensive minutes


A central Norfolk location would be desirable due to the proximity of the schools in our trust that you would be required to visit.

Previous experience as an administrator would be desirable although training will be provided.
