PR & Forum Relations Leader - United Kingdom**
About Us: WNS, a leader in scale, size, and business diversity, is seeking a dynamic PR and Forum Relations Leader based in the UK.

As we navigate the evolving landscape of digital consumer conversations, we are looking for a professional who can elevate WNS' brand to new heights.


Key Responsibilities:


Stakeholder Management:


  • Demonstrate gravitas in managing very senior stakeholders both within and outside the organization through effective conversations and engagements.

Thought Leadership:


  • Proven track record of collaborating with PR agencies or international forums to create and market thought leadership collateral.

Collaboration and Synergy:


  • Ability to collaborate and drive synergistic goals, fostering strong partnerships between external agencies and WNS, while consistently amplifying the WNS brand.

Strategic Acumen:


  • Possess the acumen to strategically position WNS for optimal reasons in various opportunities.

Foresight and Pitching:


  • Display foresight to pitch WNS for upcoming opportunities, contributing to the company's growth.

Event Organization:


  • Organize meetings, luncheons, and roundtables on short notice between external agencies and WNS' senior leadership.

Networking:


  • Network effectively to establish relationships crucial for WNS' marketing and PR efforts within the region.

Problem-solving and Hands-on Approach:


  • Act as a problemsolver, demonstrating a handson approach to handle realtime challenges and steer towards closure.

Collaboration with Marketing:


  • Work closely with colleagues from Marketing, supporting various initiatives in the region.

Handling PR:


  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Plan, implement, and manage public relations strategies.
  • Organize and manage various Public Relations activities.
  • Measure performance, track successes, and extract learnings.
  • Create reports on PR KPIs and campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment with the corporate brand within the broader Marketing team.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews, and research opportunities for sponsorships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, academicians, and government functionaries.

Team and Reporting:


  • Will be a part of the Corporate Marketing team, reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and Communications.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or its equivalent.
  • Senior in terms of career experience.
  • A very strong communicator.
  • Adept at senior stakeholder management.
