Junior Business Optimisation Consultant

Tasks:

Collaborating with clients on the implementation of optimisation projects acting as catalyst for sustainable costeffective change helping clients to shape the scope, approach and structure of Business Optimisation projects
Contributing to the selection of analysis and delivery methods, tools and techniques for projects; selecting appropriately from predictive (plandriven) and adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches
You'll be instrumental in creating new and potentially disruptive approaches to performing business activities and investigating operational requirements, problems, and opportunities
Seeking cost effective, sustainable business solutions through improvements in automated and nonautomated components of new or changed processes
Identifying discrete opportunities to reduce cost, ensure quality, improve efficiency, enhance the client service and improve the work / life balance of the team
Providing implementation support to assess organisational capabilities and to identify, prioritise and implement improvements and developing tailored change management plans

Qualifications:

Business/Management or Computer Science/IT based degree required (min 2.1 grade)
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to present and deliver outcomes which are compelling, accurate, and engaging both to clients and in support of our business development and work winning activities
Strong interest in business transformation/optimisation and a passion for clientfacing consulting
Able to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to shape, enable and deliver initiatives
