Associate Consultant / Project Coordinator - Assessment & Succession
Organisations often don't have the right talent in the right roles at the right time, this impacts their ability to achieve their strategic and commercial objectives.

Here at Korn Ferry, our Assessment & Succession solution helps clients understand the talent they have, the talent they need and how to close the gap on talent needed in the future aligned to the business strategy.
As an experienced project co-ordinator, you will be part of a successful team and will work closely with project leads during the delivery phase of a variety of human capital projects with a mixture of clients.
You will be comfortable working in best practice project framework methodologies and actively contribute to the successful delivery of small projects and/or a work-stream within a larger project ensuring you deliver exceptional quality, on time and within budget.
You should demonstrate enthusiasm to support all phases of the projects through a variety of administrative tasks which will include - launching assessments for participants to complete, drafting project deliverables and tracking financials to ensure project administration is accurate.
With strong attention to detail, you'll thrive on producing high-quality work whilst supporting multiple client projects with a focus on Assessment & Succession.
You must be confident in your ability to collaborate effectively when clarifying or requesting additional information with both the clients and the project leads.
You will be naturally inquisitive with an analytical mindset and also enjoy working with all types of data, as will collate relevant information for reporting and other relevant administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
You should be able to demonstrate a track record and enthusiasm for project management and have at least 6 months work experience post graduation.
