If you enjoy providing first class customer service to our customers, dealing with any customer queries/issues in a professional and timely manner.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that invoices are issued accurately and on time to assist in managing prompt payment to these customers.
How will I spend my time in this role?
- Named point of contact for a portfolio of customers post SSD who deals with and takes responsibility for customers queries and any issues that may arise;
- Validate and issue invoices in a timely manner ensuring all charging elements are included;
- Ensure that missing and incorrect consumption data is identified and queried with the relevant agent and steps put in place to obtain the correct information within the necessary timeframes;
- Action specified incoming and outgoing dataflows between External Agents (such as Meter Operators, Data Collectors, and Distribution companies);
- Liaise with other parts of the business to support process improvement & UAT Testing.
What skills/experience do I need to be considered?
- Demonstrable experience in customer service;
- Good attention to detail and works well under pressure to achieve tough month end targets;
- IT skills in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook.
