M-con Group are currently recruiting for a groundworker / 360 excavator with some drainage experience for our client based in Essex.

Our client are specialists in public sewer connections, diversions, and adoptable drainage, with 40+ years of industry experience.

They are looking for a groundworker with a 360 excavator ticket who as the job will be split 50/50 between Groundworks and operating a 360 excavator.

Ideally you will have experience in drainage and public sewers/ground working within the highway.

You will be part of a team of three that go out in a company van to sites all over Essex and surrounding areas, so its important you have a driving license to split the driving.

Work involves, connecting properties, connecting developments to public sewers and diversions of public sewers. Willing to travel, hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic. Training provided, good career opportunity for the right person.

You will need a current driving licence and either a CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket and live in Southend on Sea, Westcliff on sea or very close by in these areas, due to being picked up each morning

The following are also desirable, a Confined Spaces (An advantage), SWQR (An advantage).

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.30 pm.

This will be a temp to perm position with an increase in salary once temporary probation period has ended.
