Reputable Government organisation offering hybrid working

About Our Client:

A highly reputable Government organisation located in London - offering hybrid working of 4 times onsite per month (welcome to come in more if you would like, this is just a minimum).

The successful Assistant HRBP will be responsible for:* Providing advice and management on a range of employee relations cases

Advising on organisational change
Identifying issues that could lead to complex HR and pay problems
Updating HR policies and procedures
Strategic HR project work.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Assistant HRBP must have:* Experience in providing advice on a range of ER and HR matters

Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders
Public sector background would be desirable
Availability to interview and start asap.
