Private Client Tax Associate Director - London - Big 4

Your role

Your role will be diverse and challenging, and you will take the lead on delivering client services and developing client relationships, as well as playing an active part in building new relationships and winning work.


This team work with ultra high net worth individuals, trusts, family offices with a strong international focus, PE individuals and hedge-funds and entrepreneurial wealth.


You will be a confident team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with others, as well as continuing to build your own technical expertise or specialism.

Your responsibilities will include managing diverse teams within an inclusive teamculture where people are recognised for their contribution.


As part of your role, you will receive continuous on the job training, including direct interaction with the partners and directors in our team, as well as extensive opportunities to interact with our clients and targets.

You will have people managementresponsibilities, including developing junior members of the team and may act as a coach for more junior members of the team.


Your professional experience:


  • ACA, CTA or equivalent qualifications
  • UK corporate tax experience gained within a practice firm, a legal firm or industry
  • Strong technical skills across broad range of corporate tax areas
  • Experience of owning a portfolio of clients and the ability to form and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong people/leadership skills and experience of developing others
  • Commercial awareness and the desire to understand your clients' businesses
  • Looking for long term career in practice with opportunity to progress.
