Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Hull - Up to £53,000 + BenefitsA great opportunity has arisen within an ever-growing FMCG business in Hull for an F,P & A Manager. This new and exciting role is a brilliant opportunity be the finance lead a range of financial support for the business.

F,P&A Manager Responsibilities:


  • Conduct analyses and reporting including, consolidation of the weekly and monthly P&L, reforecasting, variance analysis, pipeline analysis, and graphical summaries of financial performance
  • Consolidate the company continuous improvement program and track against target.
  • Lead planning of Budget and Forecast cycles, ensuring supply of accurate and timely future facing information on which to base decisions
  • Coordinate preparation of board presentation packs, including variance reporting, dashboards and scorecards
  • Support group consolidation analysis and reporting, by ensuring all detail is within format
  • Responsible for the coordination of the balance sheet reconciliations monthly and BS scorecard
  • Be the key finance business partner for the Senior Leadership Team
  • Ensure business practices, processes and procedures are within the system and industry best practice
  • Determine the appropriate workflows, ensuring standard operating procedures are created for any gaps / control risk areas

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Ideally ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
  • Diligent and systematic approach to problem solving
  • Proven ability to build strong proactive relationships cross functionally
  • Continuous improvement mentality and ability to drive change
  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • IT Literate including excel and ERP systems
