    Your Purpose
  • We're now looking to recruit a Customer Marketing Executive to join our brilliant London Based Premium Beers Team
    Key Responsibilities
  • The Customer Marketing Executive (CME) within the Customer Marketing team will see us unlock additional customer/brand/Channel initiatives or partnership opportunities.
  • This is a brilliant opportunity to be a key contributor to the development and execution of our marketing plans in the UK; we want to ensure that MCBC are first choice for customers by delighting beer & cider drinkers with plans that engage and excite.

What your will be doing:


  • Work with your direct line manager supporting the ambition to create impact for our brands/partnership/channel initiatives and a first choice for customer agenda and service.
  • Support the Customer Marketing Team in the planning, activation and evaluation of below the line customer and consumer initiatives. Show a commercial awareness in order to make considered decisions around our levels of investment in your agreed focus area
  • Manage multiple projects, with various different stakeholders and deliver these to an agreed budget in order to achieve the agreed outcome. This will involve the ability to prioritise your workload and meet key deadlines.
  • Creating bespoke POS for a key customer in order to support a new brand listing
  • Offer marketing support for key customer wins that sit outside of the generic level of support
  • Contribute to the development and own the delivery of marketing plans for relevant channel/partnership/customer
  • Accurate budget management and forecasting is a must for the CME role
  • Ensure we deliver brilliant execution across all MCBC brands and in line with commercial excellence standards.

About You

  • We are looking for somebody with experience working in brand or sales activation, proven ability to prioritise your workload and meet key deadlines
  • Experience of successfully managing the activation of marketing campaigns or working with partnerships would be a bonus
