Talent Acquisition Specialist

London, hybrid

£37,000 - £40,000

I'm working with a global property business with an office in London who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition Partner with daily recruitment activities.


Responsibilities

  • Creating job specifications and advertising vacancies on various job boards.
  • Work closely with TA Partner to understand job requirements fully.
  • Screening applicant's CVs and conduct telephone screening to assess applicants' suitability for roles.
  • Ensure TA Partner and key stakeholders are kept informed throughout the recruitment process.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a similar role within an In House recruitment team.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
This role is London based (hybrid), permanent, and is offering between £37,000 - £40,000 per annum.
