- We are currently seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our team at Restore Datashred in Crayford.
- As an integral part of our operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring swift and effective communication between staff members and customers, guaranteeing that all customer requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with staff members and customers swiftly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Input incoming orders and contracts into the relevant computer system with precision and accuracy
- Complete company paperwork promptly and accurately in accordance with company procedures
- Build strong working relationships with the sales, transport, and warehouse teams to streamline operations
- Maintain proactive communication with Secure Collection Operatives throughout the working day
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding telephone manner
- A passion for delivering high quality customer service
- IT literate
- Strong ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Previous experience in a fastpaced, customerfocused environment preferred
- Ability to thrive under pressure and demonstrate flexibility when required
