We are seeking to employ an experienced Health Visitor, to work within the Early Years Health Visiting teams in one of our bases within the Caerphilly Borough.

The post holders will be based and work within a team of Health Visitors and skill-mix staff.


The Health Visitor contributes to the development of new projects and policies within the health visiting service and is involved in the research, implementation and evaluation of evidence based practice.

The post holder will be responsible for providing universal, enhanced, and intensive Health Visiting services to children and families from all cultural diversities on their case load.

Health Visitors work as a team across locally defined areas and support the service across Gwent, to provide a safe service for all preschool children and their families.
