A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work in a part time capacity for an amazing 'small but mighty' charity in the Oxford Street area as a Temp Project Coordinator.

It is a full time in the office position for 3 months starting ASAP. Ultimately they wanta lovely individual who is warm, confident, capable and happy to turn their hand to anything.

As Project Coordinator you will report to the EA and assist in the relocation of the office from start to finish.

This project will require you to show initiative and have a can-do attitude to get the job done and work to tight deadlines.

You must be bright,pragmatic and demonstrate common sense with the willingness to be accommodating in return this role will be very rewarding with the potential to develop your skill set to your fullest potential in other areas.

The need to move at pace and with urgency is essential.

Some of your duties include:

Ensure project plan and associate documentation is kept up to date
Work with project workstream leads to support them with key deliveries
Draft agenda's for projects
Organise meetings both internal and external
Support the team with their objectives and action accordingly
Obtaining quotes for office requirements
Financial data cleansing and disposing securely in line with Data Protection
All admin duties
Use google maps
IT and telecommunication set up
Excellent organisation skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on multiple project strands simultaneously
Experience of working in a role with mínimal supervision

Client is flexible with hours worked per week and number of days worked as week., if you need to spread your hours throughout the week or over the course of 2/3 days then this can be accommodated.
