Application Support Analyst - Insurance Broking
Hybrid Working in Bedford - Initially 4 days pw during training, reducing to 1 day pw.

  • Investigate, analyse and prioritise incidents and service request for business systems
  • Conduct routine and adhoc system housekeeping duties
  • Develop a good working knowledge of Insurance Broking systems
  • Own initiatives as part of a team
  • Be involved in projects and other adhoc tasks when required

Experienced required:

  • Experience in a similar systems support or systems administration role
  • Basic knowledge of insurance
  • Salesforce exposure would be a nice to have
