  • Your Responsibilities:
Lockton is currently seeking a Marine Account Executive to join our Global Transportation team in London.
This role involves offering high-quality and timely support to our broking team, insurer markets, and clients, aiding in enhancing our global broking proposition in alignment with our core strategic goals.
This position plays a crucial part in maintaining our growth momentum and setting ourselves apart through the delivery of exceptional service excellence.
Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by expanding your network of client contacts
  • Advocate for clients' needs, ensuring exceptional service through regular interaction
  • Identify ways to enhance services and add more value to clients
  • Contribute to expanded service opportunities and risk management for clients
  • Take charge of producing renewal reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist in responding to client threats or concerns
  • Provide guidance for major losses and insurer review meetings
  • Monitor premium payments and credit control in collaboration with the team
  • Develop a broad network of relationships with insurers, lawyers, and loss adjusters

  • Qualifications:

  • Understanding of relevant business classes
  • Ability to identify business development opportunities
  • Proficiency in insurer rating methods and risk management concepts
  • Experience in marketing and servicing insurance needs
  • Effective communication skills with clients and associates
