Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Welfare Benefits Advisor role in Manchester to join a well-established UK Independent Financial Advice firm that specialises in Personal Injury and Court of Protection clients (PICOPs).

You will provide advice to clients, professional connections, and colleagues within the welfare benefits system. Your responsibilities will include writing required reports, conducting file reviews, assessing benefit entitlements, and providing representation at tribunals.


Your day to day will be doing reviews for clients/solicitors, submissions to courts, and being a rep for court proceedings.

This is a very fast paced and busy role, so you will need to be proactive and work well under stress with an incredible eye for detail dealing with such important/sensitive documents.

Skills and experience required:


  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with clients who have been awarded personal injury damages and have been appointed a Deputy or are beneficiaries of a Personal Injury Trust.

£30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
