Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Administrator in Cardiff to join a Financial Planning firm.


This opportunity has come to light due to the ongoing success of the company which has resulted in their expansion Our client is an independent financial planning practice with a fantastic training and development structure.

Their positive company culture and providing a high-quality service to clients is at the heart of who they are.


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Maintain and update back-office systems
  • Meeting and greeting clients & diary management
  • Liaising with clients and providers
  • Processing new business
  • First point of contact for clients
  • Letters of authority

Skills and experience required:


  • 35 years working within a similar role
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
