Marketing and Customer Experience Executive


Graypaul Ferrari & Maserati Nottingham have a rare and exciting opportunity for a full time Marketing and Customer Experience Executive to join their award-winning dealership.


Working with two of the most exciting brands in the world, you will be an integral part of the dealership team and play a big role in generating leads for both brands, across all departments.

A passion for Marketing is a must and you will ideally hold a Marketing related qualification.


Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Initiate, organise and deliver exciting and innovative marketing activities and events, both on and off-site.
  • Create new, dynamic, trending and engaging social media content, with the intention of growing followers and engagement you must be confident and proficient with your usage of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn).
  • Submit Marketing plans and ensure all KPI's for both brands are achieved within the correct time period.
  • Managing the integrity of both the manufacturers and dealerships databases.
  • Create regular customer specific digital campaigns for Sales and Aftersales.

About You:


  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be articulate and confident with the natural ability to converse with people from all backgrounds.
  • You will need to be computer literate, have great attention to detail and be able to work under your own initiative adhering to strict deadlines when set.
  • You must be comfortable with travelling, within and outside of the UK in order to fulfil the many events we have throughout the year.
  • A proactive approach is a must, as well as a natural drive and passion to succeed as a part of a team.
  • This is a fast paced, exciting and busy role, therefore the ability to multitask, and work well under pressure is a must.
  • Please note that flexibility will be required in terms of working hours as events will take place during evenings/weekends
