Key Responsibilities

To work closely with the Deployment Specialists to ensure we communicate and engage activities that relate to workplace
Staying up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors
Producing consistently excellent visual work
Encouraging others to share their ideas and nurturing creativity
Communicating productively with management and clients to keep them uptodate with project milestones
To be conversant with Group Workplace and SIGNAL in relation to tools and concepts
To be familiar with the top UK Key Contracts offering and ensure Workplace is supporting their operations with communications and engagement
To build relationships across the sectors and maintain an up to date ideas for all Key Accounts

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

A manager with relevant experience managing Workplace in a customer focused delivery environment
Essential experience in the service industry; Public or Private Sector
Passion for delivering meaningful experiences
Able to manage conflict and liaise with senior stakeholders and customers
Financial acumen and commercial understanding of contracts
A natural communicator who can engage and nurture relationships
Ability to create, manage and deliver reports and client trackers
