Alfa Staff are currently recruiting for experienced Transport Administrator for a Client in the Magor Area.

Working for the UKs largest brewery, and everyday is different.

This is a face paced, challenging role with excellent prospects and progression for the right person as this company has a strong ethos to promote from within.

This position would be suitable for Transport Administrators or Warehouse Administrators.

Pay Rate - £14.50

Rota:

4 on 4 off - 12 Hours shifts - Days or Nights - as need to cover a 24-Hour operation.

The role of the Transport Admin assistant would be:
Liaise with Pilots - incoming/outgoing loads

Liaise with the Rear Banks person

Deal with drivers inbound/outbound

Export paperwork

Office paperwork

Personal Attributes
I.T literate important as work on three different systems and work in a fast pace.( They have an inhouse bespoke system so full training will be given.

I.T skills need to be exceptional.

Ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Strong personal skills

Must be accurate inputting data

Must have the ability to prioritise working practices

Due to the location and start times must be a driver / car owner.

A second language is desirable (not essential).

Job Types:

Contract length: 12 months
