What you'll do

You will handle calls from customers wanting to place a household Insurance claim.

Working closely with a team of experienced Claims Technicians and Loss Adjusters, investigating, validating, negotiating and settling a variety of Household Insurance claims, in the Mid/High Net Worth sectors.

You will answer queries, transfer calls, update and maintain records and ensure CRM system is kept updated.

Experience you need


We'd like to speak to anyone with a strong customer service call background, if you also have experience within insurance that would be an advantage although not essential.

Training will be given - lots of opportunity to progress with the company.
