Civil Engineer - Henley-on-Thames

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join the Henley office of a multi-discipline, multi-office consultancy, with a great reputation of providing a high quality service.

They have been running for over 40 years and have grown to three officesacross the UK.

They cover:

  • Civil Engineering (Infrastructure)
  • Structural Engineering
  • Transport Planning
  • Temporary works
  • Site appraisals
And more, they work on a mixture of Residential, Commercial, Leisure, and Retail projects.

The role:
You would be working on;

  • Detailed design of Drainage, Road Infrastructure and earthworks on a wide range of projects
  • Preparing drawings from concept through to construction
  • Flood Risk Assessments, design of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS)
  • Working with Section agreements 278,38, 104 and 18
  • Management/leadership of other team members with technical work and report writing

Ideal requirements:

  • Relevant degree plus 3+ years' experience in a Civil Engineering role
  • Experience with FRA's, Drainage statements
  • Skilled with AutoCAD
  • Experience with Microdrainage, Site3D/Civil3D would be good but not a necessity
