Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a rarely available part time opportunity for a growing company based in Chessington.This is a temporary position, to start on 1st March, with the potential to become permanent.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm, this role will involve meeting and greeting visitors, answering telephone calls in a professional manner, and providing general administrative support to the business.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Ordering of stationery and supplies
- Diary management
- Administrative duties
- Maintaining staff attendance records
- Post collection and distribution
- Organising couriers
- Filing
- Building maintenance administration
- Fire alarm testing and drills
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Professional telephone manner
- Face to face communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Attention to detail
