Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a rarely available part time opportunity for a growing company based in Chessington.

This is a temporary position, to start on 1st March, with the potential to become permanent.


Working Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm, this role will involve meeting and greeting visitors, answering telephone calls in a professional manner, and providing general administrative support to the business.


Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Ordering of stationery and supplies
  • Diary management
  • Administrative duties
  • Maintaining staff attendance records
  • Post collection and distribution
  • Organising couriers
  • Filing
  • Building maintenance administration
  • Fire alarm testing and drills
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Face to face communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Attention to detail
You will need to be available to start on 1st March, and on an ongoing basis.
